EssentOptics will highlight latest features of PHOTON RT spectrophotometer at IR Fair 2014 (Tokyo, Japan).

IR Fair 2014 will address infrared systems and all sorts of infrared related products and services. Due to the growing interest and increasing number of participants and visitors, this year the IR Fair will be hosted by Tokyo Science Museum during November 18-20, 2014.

EssentOptics Ltd and INDECO, Inc, our distributor for Japan, will demostrate new features of PHOTON RT sectrophotometer. PHOTON RT is the only instrument on the market offering UV-VIS-MWIR measurement capability in a single instrument. The instrument has been field-proven to be very effective for angular dependent measurements of transmittance and absolute specular reflectance of optical samples with thin film coatings. Built-in high contrast broadband polarizers ensure polarization measurment from 220 nm up to to 4,9 um, as well as measurment and calculation of complex refractive index and layer thickness.
